when I saw this table setting, I know that the food will served in Chinese style.

Not my favourite...!!

I kinda tired with Chinese style round table buffet eating,

too many kind of food and we eat in a rush.

The waiter keep coming in, asking whether I done with my plate yet or not?

While the plate just landed to my table minute ago, I don't even touch it yet.

there are 11 or 12 kind of food we going to eat within 1.5 hour..

yes I eat a lot, but I am not grinding machine..!!!

I am not fan eating in hurry,

and too many hands busy pick this and that.

Can we simplify the menu, 2-3 dishes

Appetizer, main course, dessert or coffee.. (with free flow alcohol go around)

I will have more time to eat and enjoy my food, and talk, 

and chit-chat..

and wandering around.

Surely less food wasted too..

I am not fan of this kind of dining style (more to hate it)

as much as I hate they kill shark just to make stupid shark-fin soup

I just manage to eat one of them and the waitress took my plate.

believe me, nobody bother to drink the coffee.
We just play around with the food.

This smile also fake,

we arrive late,

we don't have time to messing around with another member to talk,

 say HI and exchange card.

There are two eyes, keep watching me when people from other company start talk to our table.

She never happy for whatever I did.

what a waste..!

we came here to meet people and build connection,

not just to eat the crappy food.

it was a 50 celcius I guess,

I feel half fried under the sun.

My dark skin getting even darker.

BUT WE STILL HAVE TO GO...!!!

i want to roam around...!

nothing happen during the day.

But if you visit at night, it will very colourfull and happening.

don't take picture if you do not buy anything there. They would scolded you like mad.

Christmas decoration start put in everywhere.

Yes, plenty place start to put up the Christmas decoration.

Just like in Kuala Lumpur,

we love to put Christmas decoration as early as we could.

This view is very common in a side road in Saigon. We walked during lunch hour, and guess what?

everybody start came out from office and make their own group to have their secret lunch.

In a secret stool, with tiny secret table, they have their own picnic.

If you see there, not only "street people" eat on the street,

but cute ladies from offices and shopping mall, and plenty of them wear the business suit enjoy their lunch on the road side.

more and more people coming in join them lunch.
Me..? no I can't
I can't eat in a place without aircond or fan.
I would too busy tried to cooldown myself rather than eat my food. And make me lost the appetite.
Very distracting...!

If I work in Vietnam, I would buy it take-away
and carry it back to the office. And eat it relax-ly, slowly, -enjoy-ly with cold aircond and comfort chair.

and cooking in a road side also a common view here.

Mike said the fish caught in Saigon river, where they swim and eat pollution.

Saigon is easier in my tongue, 

even the city has change the name into HCMC long time before I born

still easier for me to call it SAIGON 

just like the beer name, and the river along the hotel

a good way to ended up the month

lovely short trip with the love one :)

Yes we are in Vietnam again...!!! hows the feeling?

ABSOLUTELY HAPPY

don't you like my fancy phone? cute isn't it. 

This is not smart phone like everybody have, it's a stupid phone. No signal most of the time,

and only several keypad work.

20.30 landed in Than Shon Nat Airport (I hope I spell it right)

neat, clean and tidy airport. Free  WIFI too..

waiting for almost 2 hours, Play around with my iPad.

Ah, I just download new book which is very cool. Thanks to wifi that keep me occupied :)

free fruits and tiny souvenir.

bad thing about this hotel was :

1. The housekeeping never bother to fold or tidy up my clothes

     my bra been sitting there for almost 3 days, nobody bother to fold or tidy it up

     the hair dryer misplace, nobody bother to put it back in the box

2. The fruits been there for 2 days, nobody bother to clear up or change with new fruits

3. My bag, scarf, paper spread all over the couch and stay like that for two days until i clean it myself

4. Tissue paper still there

The housekeeping very frustrating.

the coffee maker and coffee pods  which creates a failed coffee

huge bed room and big bed

basic toiletteries

Chewy so excited with his big bed..!

He feels like King there.

Chewy start imagine he rolled around in the bed for the whole day with cold aircond, fresh sheet  and Animal Planet everyday.

a very busy river with plenty barge, ferry, tanker and container roam around.

As busy as the road.

damn expensive but worth the taste

Pho to die for..!

shower no need, change clothes no need, wash the face no need.

Slurp the soup once it arrives :)
