Seafood Aglio Olio and Pesto
Weird recipe?
haha.. yes..!
but taste good, at least for me.
The whole week was nuts for me.
I had 7 days non-stop work, travel, study, cleans the house, feed my cat, shower the cat,
work, travel, study,
Study, study, study, study and study
* I whine too much this time
Saturday Night purposely I do nothing but lie on couch, watch tv, drink my tea and upload what I've been eating on weekdays.
Was meant to make Aglio olio prawn for dinner,
but then I found out defrost some poached chicken and add some of in might make it taste better.
Ingredient:
1 small bowl peeled prawn
5 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbs chopped parsley
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1/5 pack spaghetti (just enough for 2 person, boiled with 1tsp olive oil and salt)
1. Heat olive oil (low heat), add in garlic and prawn. Just until the garlic give a good aroma.
2. Add in cooked spaghetti, parsley, salt, fresh crushed black pepper, 2 tbs water from the boiled pasta
3. Stir occasionally, and served immediately
hang on.....
At the last minute, I feel like to add in some fresh taste in my pasta.
I add in 2 tablespoon basil pesto sauce (from the jar),
and give some stir..
It is taste better than bland Aglio Olio pasta for weekday dinner :-)
Better I sleep now,
Sunday is another revision day for my 3rd Thesis Draft which I need to submit on Monday morning.
Then I can study for my ITPM final exam and one assignment to submit.
Look forward for Semester break..!!

Whenever I made aglio e olio, it always turned out into mie goreng look alike :))
They key to make good aglio olio is the olive oil should not too hot.
secret recipe, cook all the meat separate from the garlic.
the olive oil + garlic just warm enough to release the aroma *cehhh... macam pandai sangat kan.. haha
